The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, but the room was quite damp, the toilet's exhaust fan was broken, the bathroom door glass was damaged, and there were a lot of mosquitoes and millipedes. Not suitable for families. Perhaps because the building is old. The only positive was the spacious outdoor area.

It has a large, spacious swimming pool, decent breakfast, and a relaxing balcony. I've returned a second time.

I'll definitely come back here if I have the chance to visit Cat Ba again.
