Great location

Customer service is amazing and the room was clean. Walking distance of everything, the only 2 things I would say is that breakfast was not that good and that if you’re planning to rent a car the parking is not on site so the staff will need to go park your car and bring to you . The Main Street closes at night on weekends so you’ll need to park in a street close and let them know so they can go park your car . Other than that , I think the cost was reasonable for the room and hotel, the staff are very friendly and even helped us schedule a taxi for our 7 am flight . Thank you !

Great location. Good food variety for breakfast. Great staff. The only negative thing was the gym. They had some cardio equipment but zero weights. That was my only disappointment about my stay.

The central location was really convenient. The included breakfast buffet was substantial and varied. The personnel were always friendly and helpful. The delicious coffee and orange juice in the lobby was appreciated. The pool area could be improved by providing more than two lounge chairs.

I think location was the highlight. Right in the middle of the historical area of the city. We also loved that we could walk around to restaurants, churches and shopping.

Location was perfect. Clean shower and towels could have been better. Breakfast wasnt the best overall 4/5

This stay was amazing!!! We were able to walk everywhere. This hotel is in the heart is downtown. Definitely recommend! Everyone is out late but honestly, it’s not as noisy as we thought! Stay here !!!

Helpful staff and great breakfast. Only issue I had was parking. The hotel is located on a walking only street. I wish I knew that before we showed up. I had to park down the street and walk to Check in. Then they told me where to park. If i knew ahead of time where to park it would have made the check in easier. Staff was very friendly and also helpful. Location was great for walking the center of the city. If I do come back to the area I would stay there again.

Everything was excellent

When I first saw the building from the outside, my impression was that it could be a simple hotel, but when I got to know the whole interior, I was very surprised. Everything is very well balanced: comfort, tranquility, friendliness, cleanliness and ecology. Excellent place, thanks to all the employees.
