Lovely hotel on the front. Could walk into town. Would recommend

Nice location and wasy to walk into town. Fantastic restaurants nearby. As for the room it was clean, very industrial flooring and interior. Understaffed, however delovered a good breakfast. Room 7 states partial sea view but you have to crane your nexk to see it whilst viewing the property neck door so there was a lack of privacy.

Beautiful property ... first class!

The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, with particular shoutout to Dominique who went above and beyond to drive us to the Abalone farm when we running late and the taxi wasn't available. The food recommendations were excellent. Unfortunately during our stay there, there was a huge storm which cut off the power outage for all of Hermanus, so we didn't have electricity and hot water, but it is no fault of the hotel itself. Would recommend!

A complete shocker. I made a booking at this hotel a month in advance, only to receive an email the morning of my stay letting me know they were fully booked. I was already in Hermanus and stranded. I have now been struggling to get a refund: Hotels.com confirmed the hotel took our funds, but the hotel denies this and won’t pay us back!!! We are out of pocket R3k and we did not even stay here. It is VERY sly and unethical - this is daylight robbery!

A lovely stay - friendly Management and Staff. Good Food

Gaynor and her staff were super welcoming despite the challenging conditions due to the disruptions because of the 100 year storm that just hit the area. The property was supposed to be closed, but due to Expedia being unable to inform us in time, we showed up unknowingly. Fortunately Gaynor welcomed us with open arms and provided us with everything we needed. The views are amazing (we spotted 4 whales from our bedroom window) especially at sunrise. Impeccable service and very conveniently located in between Hermanus center and Old Harbour (closer to Center). Just cross the street and walk the cliff path to see loads of Dassies and whales. Would give 6 stars if I could, will certainly visit again.

Facilities were clean, modern, and very comfortable; made even better by the friendly and highly personalised service offered by the hotel's staff.

Anita is a star. The place was clean, hospitable, food was good, service was impeccable and there was clearly love in what they did. Will recommend without hestation.

It is truly a fantastic place to stay. Thanks to the owner who was very helpful in a difficult situation, I would recommend 7 on Marine as an absolute must.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Manager very helpful and friendly. Room had a nice view of sea.

Lovely boutique hotel not too far from central Hermanus. We did not have a sea view from our room but the room itself was spacious with a great shower and bath.

Garth was extra nice and had made the stay even more special Thanks Garth we will be back soon
