The staff were excellent and service was brilliant. They were very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional. There’s a choice of French food or traditional Moroccan, and both were outstanding. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

This property is hidden down a side alley behind an unmarked door but once inside, you are surrounded by beauty and luxury. The decor is elegant and great attention has been paid to all the details. Our room was well fitted out, complete with open fire, but it did overlook the winter courtyard which has the restaurant and bar so was noisy until service was finished around midnight. If you want some peace, try for a room around the summer courtyard which might possibly be quieter in the evenings. The staff were fantastic and incredibly efficient and helpful. The in-house hamman was a real treat and well worth booking. The hotel organised a guide for a tour of the souks and were very helpful in suggesting (and booking) dining options although we also had two meals in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. For a first visit to Marrakesh it was a lovely introduction to the city and we quickly became used to finding our way through the maze of pends and alleys to and from the property although it is very disconcerting on first arriving. Our only comment would be the matter of the evening noise - there was a wonderful pianist on Thursday night who played until late, and the background music throughout the afternoon and evening every day was louder than we would normally have preferred. The overall experience however was wonderful and congratulations to the team for all their hard work.

Amazing Riad, although hard to find, especially in the dark. Stunning inside, great host and staff are truly amazing. The room, food, breakfast and facilities are outstanding. The bed could do with updating slightly is the only niggle which stopped it being a 5 star.

Riad Noir d'Ivoire is a jewel in Marrakech's crown, offering an unrivaled blend of culinary excellence, impeccable service, architectural splendor, delightful cocktails, and luxurious accommodations. Our five-night stay was a symphony of sensory delights, and I left with cherished memories that will undoubtedly draw me back to this extraordinary riad. Whether you seek cultural immersion, culinary adventures, or simply a respite from the ordinary, Riad Noir d'Ivoire is an experience that exceeds every expectation.

It is an island of calm and beauty in the Medina. The staff is friendfly and always smiling, each room is a unique treasure. After a day of walking and touring, you come back to a place of calm where you feel each item in the hotel is carefully picked to enhance your experience. Abdessamad, the bar manager can provide you with the beverage of your choice fixed just the way you want it. The meals are excellent; tasty and plentiful. I would not stay anywhere else on a visit to Marrakech. The best o memories/

Exceptionally beautiful riad with warm ambiance and unique appointments. Staff was always friendly and eager to provide whatever service we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Stephen, the owner, who is committed to providing excellent service in a stunning setting. We would highly recommend staying in this amazing riad for anyone visiting Marrakech.

Breathtaking is the best word to describe this incredible Riad in the heart of the Marrakech medina. The service was impeccable - from the hands on owner, to the bartender, and every single member of the staff. The riad is absolutely beautiful - every room, winter courtyard dining area around the pool, and the summer courtyard with a pool and lounging chairs. The breakfast that was included was made to order and definitely the best breakfast we had during our week in Marrakech. We also ate dinner at the riad one night, and the ambiance and food was 5 star. If you ever travel to Marrakech, this is where you want to stay!

My adult children and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in the medina. The hotel arranged a guide to take them hiking one day to a nearby waterfall, and another day they arranged a Moroccan cooking class in the hotel's kitchen. We did the traditional hammam with massages and enjoyed a delicious and ample breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a residential area of the medina, which means that it's quiet at night, but it's only a short walk to the shopping streets of the old city. I can't wait to return.

If you had a higher choice than excellent I would have given it to the staff! The entire team went above and beyond everyday to make sure the guests were given the best care. This team of people is the best of the best! I had 5 star service every second I was there. I was picked up at the airport by Abdul and brought into the Medina where Badr took me by golf cart through the tiny streets to the Riad. Upon entering I was welcomed by Moussa with champagne, Moroccan Tea and some cookies while my bags were unloaded and taken to my room. They gave me a tour of the Riad which is STUNNING! Then they brought out a map to highlight all the must see’s in Marrakech. I met Stephen, the owner who welcomed me like I was family! This was my first trip to Morocco and they made me feel so welcomed and took care of any detail I needed. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and never had service like I had here! I just arrived back home this evening and I miss them all! Thank you for suck a memorable trip! I will definitely be back!!!

Some of the decorations were very pleasing, a library with large books too heavy to carry ,an effort from the lost time. Extremely loud music at night was very difficult for tired guests to sleep. The roof is not ready for viewing. The star are the staffs, they carry the heart and soul of the place, beautiful service The trip from the parking to the hotel are both are very inconvenient and not well coordinated.bad for tired tourists.

Absolutely amazing and exquisite! We had the best time at this property. It was incredible— the property as well as the incredibly professional and tentative staff — including Moussa, Abdell, Muhammad and all the rest! We cannot wait to visit again!

Fantastic, atmospheric place very handily situated near most of the sites but also nice and quiet if you need to relax. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered on my travels and are a credit to the hotel! All in all I'd highly recommend this place. By the way, when tipping, leaving cash is a much better idea than just adding something to your bill!

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed. Everything is pure luxury. The staff tends to you, the surroundings are beautiful and clean, and the food is exceptional. It feels as though you're royalty, and you have a private staff assisting you. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

It was our first time to Morocco and we couldn’t have picked a better Riad. Yassine was amazing, as was all the staff at Riad Noir D’Ivoire. It probably set too high of a standard for the rest of our trip as all the other riads we will probably stay at won’t be able to compare. The Elephant room was perfect for us (and stunning decor wise). The balcony overlooked the main fountain and allowed us to have an excellent view for the weekend night entertainment. If you’re there for Frankie Kanza definitely come back to the Riad to watch him perform. His voice was incredible, and made my fiancé cry (the voice, not him, haha). The food was wonderful, the drinks were excellent. One of the better Old Fashioned’s I’ve had when I substituted the whiskey (and I live in New York). The pool (although very cold) was a welcome respite from the heat and hustle & bustle of the medina. It was very calming to spend an afternoon to recharge. Everything about this place oozes sophistication. We would 100% come back to stay here again...we didn’t really want to leave.
