Okay

Air conditioner was not working properly.

I like this place so much, I want to add it to my favorite list. My stay was enjoyable, and I can't wait to go back.

Toilet didn't work, keys didn't always work.

The maintenance worker saw me go into my room and the tried to open the door on me a couple minutes later. Very unsafe and I wouldn’t recommend going there and at all!!!

In general, the room smelled to humidy and the amenities were outdated. In the photos, everything looks more up-to-date. The atmosphere in the room felt as if it hadn't been cleaned for days

I did not like this place. The pictures on the website does not look like the room at the hotel. The room was old had cracks on the tiles on the floor, and the sink was filled with dirty water. Also didn’t feel safe leaving my clothes there so when I went back at night they closed my account even though I paid for it. Also elevator was dirty and barely worked.

Property is great for a one night stay. Didn’t seem like a bad area.

Reality doesn’t match with pictures shown to promote the hotel. Lobby/Counter lady very rude, no nice nor welcoming at all

it looks a lot nicer in the pictures on here than it is in real life, we got in our room and looked around we found black hairs all over the bathroom, black hairs on the towels, it was ridiculous. They left dirty towels hanging up in the bathroom and when i asked for clean ones the housekeeper wanted to come in the bathroom and make sure i wasn’t lying. will not be staying here again.

This is not a place to stay with family. While the location may be good, the hotel is very dirty and felt unsafe. The hotel pics are very misleading. We checked out 2 hours after checking in.

It is horrible! My room smelled of stale cigarettes, there was a gap on top of the door so warm air was coming in, I found a bug on my bed, a roach trap in the closet, I had a serious battle trying to keep the bathroom window shut it was a sliding window. The furniture was sticky, the remote to the TV did not work and the office was well aware of that before I got my room #307. I was told to use the buttons on the side of the TV! You knew it was broke and you told me that....FIX broken things!!!! Not to be dramatic, but Id rather sleep in my car than there again. It was only 1 night nonetheless it is an old, dirty, smelly place. The only positive I can think of was the location.

It was really quiet and a great location, it was as clean as expected and it was really convenient. The staff was Amazing! I lost my key first night and they found it and helped me. They staff was very honest and nice.

The proximity to the beach was all this place was good for. One of the beds wasn’t made when we got there, and the lady in the office refused to address the issue because she said there was no housekeeping staff on duty to finish preparing the room after we had already checked in. There was still some trash in the bathroom from the previous guests. We paid for the beach location, but that’s about all the value.

NOT SAFE Housekeeping leaves doors open to remind themselves to come back and finish the job and then just clocks out at end of shift even if they never went back and shut the doors to the unfinished rooms!!! This happened to us and the front desk confirmed that this is an ongoing problem. Management didn’t care.

Aside from having 80 college kids staying and it feeling a bit crowded with them being loud till like 2 am, the pillows had seen better days. I got a excellent deal on it. For the cost it was what i needed. A place close to where i was going for the few days there. A fridge and microwave that kept my food cold. And i was able to enjoy my meals most of the time in peace. Aside from the room smelling of damp wood. Maybe from the ac not being cleaned. And the mopping of the wooden floors. I declined the room service every day since i wanted to relax. Other than the first day they obliged to my request not to bother me. Until it was ready to check and they were just knocking and knocking on my door. So i decided to just check out. Even though i had late checkout. Overall... it was fairly quiet and decent.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Management is even more disgusting. Boogers on the walls, bugs in the bed, people doing drugs all over the place. Stay far away, unless you’d like to experience hell.
