Very good location. Mins from train station and probably 20mins walk to tokyo station. Room size is good for 4 pax with 3 big luggages. Various convenient stores nearby and a comforting udon store (fast food style and open late enough) just next to apartment.

Loved every single thing about this hotel. The location, the sizeable room, the layout of the room, the completeness of amenities, and of course the great hospitality which my son loved so much. Our stay of > 7 days made our trip comfortable and definitely maming us want to stay longer!

For the design and size of the room okay. But in my opinion it is less flexible. Room rules for 4 adults and 2 children max 6th. We came with 2 adults and 3 children under 11 years. Another 1,000 yen is charged. The hotel should give a little tolerance for children the location is a bit far from the station.
