Absolutely fantastic. Great location. Lovely staff. Maybe a pack on arrival regarding buses and ski passes etc. There are a lot of questions on a ski trip. Maybe also have spa use in the day for this not skiing. Lovely staff at bar, restaurant and front desk. Cleaning team lovely too. Thank you

Nice room, great breakfast and friendly staff

The staff were lovely and the location was good. We were in the junior suite and it had an extremely horrible strong musty smell (I think from the bath?). At first the staff were spraying a heavy perfume to hide the smell which actually made it worse and caused headaches, I did ask for that to stop and they did. It was unfortunate because otherwise the room was a good size and bathroom clean. The spa was also pretty weird, you got a 40 minute slot to use a sauna, cold shower in an extension and jacuzzi outside. When we got there the previous couple were still in the jacuzzi. There was no cleaning or anything between groups. It didn't feel very luxurious.

Room was ok as was the staff. A little older hotel and a bit run down. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Practical location if arriving by train and well located in general. Parking was a mess and not accessible as a car was parked in the entrance area. Opted to park underground at the train station, highly recommend if you hire a car as once night falls a very different crowd roams the street.

Had a fantastic long weekend at Du Park Hotel, we stayed in one of the Junior Suites with a jacuzzi bath in the room. We also had 2 balconies with great views. The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre and the ski lifts. The staff are fantastic and nothing is any trouble. Would recommend and will be in the list to return too.

What a great little find in a brilliant location. In the middle of town and only a short walk to the lift. Rooms are modern, stylish and clean and the hotel reception was very helpful.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are very friendly, hotel is very clean and food is good. The Mountain views are so relaxing to wake up to in the morning.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff - even remembering how we liked our coffee at breakfast. I’m a restless sleeper so personally don’t like quilts that don’t have a cover, just sheets on top and underneath but otherwise the room was very good and cleaned beautifully. Great location.

All our expectations were met, the general manager (Annette) was extremely helpful with her Knowledge of the village and recommendations she made our week perfect, we will defiantly be returning to Hotel Du Parc, Kevin and Billie

Hotel smelled amazing! Was very clean and rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was good as was the restaurant in the evening. I would have liked more information at check eg WiFi password and breakfast times but overall a great stay and good exercise getting up the hill to the ski lifts!!

Great Hotel, with wonderful staff, restaurant has excellent choice and wonderful food. Rooms were cleaned to exacting standards and linen changed frequently. I would not hesitate to return to this Hotel.
