Quiet and convenient

The heat didn’t work we turned it on at 77it came on for a few seconds then turned off . It was an ice box over night.The poor breakfast lady had no help so breakfast took half hour prob worst holiday inn stay .ATM didn’t work so had to walk down to the gas station to get a tip for the breakfast lady Linda.windows were very dirty

2nd time staying here with no problems. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and I had to clean off my own table each day. For the price my overall stay meets my expectations.

The interior was nice and clean, rooms were average. Our bathroom was small, toilet paper holder was broken and toilet paper roll kept falling on the floor. The second morning there, I was in the shower for less than 5 minutes and the water turned cold.

Staff was very nice, friendly. Water was n ice and hot. 1st room smelled so bad of smoke though. They did change and 2nd room was better.

Staff was lovely, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Rate was extremely reasonable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Bathroom toilet and bath weren’t working properly

The lobby and front looked very nice, however the bathrooms and our room had holes in wall where the doors banged into them. There was a false fire alarm at midnight that scared the daylights out of my children and us. The staff did comp us our breakfast the next morning because of that, however it took a while to get back to sleep. I know this wasn't their fault, just a rude clients, but it did impact us.

There are cockroaches and it’s dirty. And it’s always a different hold charge added to your card!

Excellent place

Clean and comfortable bed 24 hour free coffee

They have a restaurant and bar that were never open when I was looking for food or drinks.

The bathroom was tiny, the shower floor was very slippery and I couldn’t get a consistent water temperature. The shower would go from hot to cold. The bathroom smelled like poop and you could hear other rooms flushing and constant water running. I left a yeti tumbler in the room which was found and turned in but they refused to mail it back. So, now we have to send them a self addressed return envelope. The other Holiday Inn, 3 miles down the same street was a much better experience and included a wonderful complimentary breakfast. I made the mistake of booking the wrong Holiday Inn. Will make sure that doesn’t happen again.

Horrible experience had to move my toom at 2am because thermostat wasnt working in the room they should be checking rooms before putting guest in the rooms

Property is advertised as pet friendly, but fee isn't mentioned. They charge per pet - other hotels do not. There is no place to walk your dog. You are walking right next to a 50 mile per hour highway. Also, we should have been able to pay for breakfast upon check-in, but were simply advised "it's not included". The drive to get a cup of coffee is about 5 miles and a deer jumped right in front of my car on the highway. They should offer a cup of coffee in the lobby.
