Se escucha mucho ruido de los cuartos de alado, toallas muy viejas y le falta manyenimiento al hotel

The staff was rude and they charged me extra fees which was so annoying

this was our second time staying here . the first time was okay , the music outside was a little loud but was fine we decided to stay here again because it’s convenient for us and i enjoyed the shopping mall. we decided to give it another try . We stayed here on our wedding night and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. We got locked out of our room and couldn’t get back in until the next morning, we didn’t receive an apology we just got switched to another room without any of our stuff . The room itself wasn’t much better. The floors weren’t clean, the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was no extra toilet papper they did not restock. The towels were very worn out and should’ve been replaced a long time ago. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t care much about the guests or the condition of the rooms. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.

this will be my last time staying here ! the first time it was okay. the music from the outside was a little loud but i love the shopping mall so i wanted to try it out again . but this second time we had a very bad experience .

Estuvo bien la estancia, un poco pequeña la habitación. Las camas estaban raras en donde van los pies estaba levantado. En general buena comida en el desayuno pero poca variedad de guisados.

The bathroom although tidy, did not feel clean. the floor was a little dirty and there's appearance of mild mildew in the shower. otherwise the location the price the people were very pleasant. I've stayed in the past and the previous room was very nice.

Club next door play crazy loud music. First time I could not sleep because of noise

The staff were great, the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great with ease of many food and shopping around. Access is limited especially when trying to obtain ride services especially early morning. The hotel is just above a hostel status. I guess my expectations were a little higher reading all the reviews.

La propiedad estaba limpia, pero estaba chica y por el mismo precio e tenido mejores hoteles en Estados Unidos. Así que estuvo algo caro para lo que era.

Se encuentra frente a un antros, salon de baile. Y, hay mucho ruido, en fin de semana. La música se escucha en los cuartos. Todo lo demás, muy bien
