Beautiful hotel with delightful rooms

Rooms are very small No room for two suitcases Excellent shower and bathroom No night light

Lovely place.

Elevator wasn’t working for the two days that we were there.Staff offered help with luggage but still was an inconvenience .Very nice pool,hot tub , sauna.

Great property. Excellent staff from front desk to housekeeping. Excellent English spoken. Very convenient position. Extensive breakfast & great tapas bar. Above all , a Sealy mattress that was very comfortable, unlike most European hotels with hard beds!

The hotel is well placed in the middle of the town, but car access is difficult and stressful. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly, but I have two complaints: The rooms are minute. We were 2 plus dog and felt quite claustrophobic. Also the off-site parking in a public car park is much too narrow for a large car, causing significant damage to mine. We were so disappointed but these 2 factors that we cut our stay short and left a day early. Will never go back!

Superbe hôtel, personnel fort sympathique. Espace piscine et spa magnifique. Parfaitement situé. Légèrement bruyant mais on est en plein cœur de la ville.

Lovely hotel, well situated in Saint Jean de Luz. Easy access by car, and safe streets around to park on. The room was small but perfectly laid out, and charming. Well insulated windows made for a quiet night. We will be back!

séjour pour la course dans la baie, donc très court, trop court, pas assez profiter de la qualité du lieu, donc à refaire mais plus longtemps

Muy buena. Todo excelente. Comodo, limpio, bonito. Ubicación muy buena. Lo unico que le puede restar, la habitación que es algo pequeña. Pero volvería, no es tan inconveniente.
