Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past 2 years while having my new house built 12km away. The property looks good, it’s in a very walkable location. However, the property continues have have issues that shouldn’t be problematic at a Hilton. 1 - it continues to have a sewer gas leakage problem. This time we could smell it in the elevator. On 2 previous visits we could smell it in our bathroom. 2 - at 07:00 on a Saturday, the shower couldn’t maintain hot water flow. It was cold, then warm, then cold, warm, hot, warm, cold. Seriously, hot water supply for a shower shouldn’t be a problem, especially at a Hilton property. Despite the issues, I continued to visit because the other options in the city are worse. I suppose that’s why Hilton thinks what they offer in Wiener Neustadt is acceptable. But, it really is sub par for a Hilton. The house is finished, this was my last stay.

Beware of a huge construction project just next to the hotel. They start work at 7am even on Saturdays. The noise wakes you up and there is dust in the air. In addition, a COVID test station is right next to the hotel. Also, check in was not possible until the last minute at 3pm even though scores of people were waiting to finally get rooms assigned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

The staff here are very professional and friendly. When there are any issues, they work with the guests to resolve them as quickly as possible. The property is in a very quiet location next to a city park and it is very walkable to the city center (leisurely 10 minute walk - 7 minutes in a hurry) with plenty of restaurants and shopping in the vicinity. Aside from that, it’s in a nice small city that isn’t full of tourists - an Austrian city for Austrians (or permanent residents ;-)

Staff is friendly, the restaurant is good, the room is nice. The really bad surprise on the 4th floor is that the hotel has a SEVERE problem with the foulest smelling sewer gas coming up the pipes into the shower. The smell is so horrible and sewer gas is extremely unhealthy to breathe. The problem was reported and the hotel said they’d do something, but they never did. Keeping the bathroom door closed keeps the gas from getting into the room, but I expected better from a Hilton property. I’m stunned that this hotel is permitted to stay open with a problem this bad.

It is a really nice hotel, recently built (in Febr, 2019), very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, with all the amnities you might need. Location is great, with free parking and it is pet friendly: very well organised, because the dog can stay on the floor !

New, modern with everything you could ask for. Easy, quick check in and a great price. Breakfast choice was first class.

Excellent modern hotel., centrally located, clean everything you need. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Had trouble sorting out boarding passes and a staff member offered help then stood by until completed. They even had cookies to take to bed. Bar and restaurant on site.
