Sandra and Steven made us feel very welcome. The property is full of character, and very well maintained. Exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished. The house is surrounded by beautful gardens. Breakfast was well cooked and presented, with a wide choice on the menu.

We had a lovely two night stay. The hosts are friendly and the house is comfortable, well maintained and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious, with great quality produce. The gardens are extensive, with loungers and nice seating areas. This place is not obvious from the road and we drove past twice due to a satnav error, but it’s well worth finding!

A great B&B - hard to say how it could be better. Very comfortable room, all bathroom amenities including bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was as good as one could hope for. And we had tea and coffee and cake on our arrival. Hosts were very friendly. 5 stars.

Fantastic surroundings and perfect for a weekend/midweek break

We had the most wonderful stay at Stream House. The bedroom was beautiful, with such a comfortable bed and an amazing roll top bath in the en suite. Warmly welcomed with some brownies on arrival, and delicious breakfast both mornings. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay again.

Sandra was an amazing host nothing was too much trouble

Stream House is a little jewel of a B & B and Sandra and Steve are great hosts. The house and extensive gardens are absolutely beautiful and amazingly well looked after! We thoroughly recommend Stream House and can't wait to stay there again ourselves.

The food was excellent and the accommodation was top class; use of the day sitting room was a nice touch. Sandra and Steve are made to be B&B hosts! After many years of travelling around the world, the UK and Ireland, this was the most comfortable B&B stay that I have ever had.

We recently spent two nights at the lovely Stream House Luxury B & B, which certainly lived up to its reputation. Sandra and Steve were very welcoming. The Bluebell Room was delightful with an extremely comfortable bed and brilliant ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice. The gardens were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully furnished, exceptional setting, friendly hosts

This was the best B and B we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful area, gardens and house, superb standard of decor and cleanliness and lovely hosts. Couldn’t do better.

Lovely bedroom with en suite bathroom, both looking out on to the stream that flows through the idyllic garden (read "park") in a quiet village not far from the coast with wonderful English breakfasts each day - what's not to like? We are really pleased that we booked a room in Steve and Sandra's home for a week. We explored the towns and attractions around the area, fossil hunting at Pett Level, taking tea at Pashley Manor Gardens, imagining the fighting at Battle Abbey, walking all over Hastings. It is a lovely area with so much to see and do. A full breakfast meant that we did not have to worry much about lunch, but Steve and Sandra also provided some recommendations for local restaurants which were also gratefully experienced.

Great stay. There was 'No Service' on the TV but as we did not bother to ask for it to be rectified I can't say whether the fault was ours or the TV's
