Overall it was a good value for an apartment style hotel in the heart of Madrid.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. Very spacious and good for a family or group. There is only one elevator. The area is in the middle of downtown and close to all the action. Seemed safe. Staff is friendly. At the reception Kamil took good care of us. Kept the luggage, understood our needs and guided us around the area. I did not know about the parking with this company and ended up parking at another place which was around 45 dollars a day.

The property was conveniently located in the hustle n bustle of town. The food options around the property were great. All historical places were easily accessible. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were friendly

Our stay was awesome, rooms are really amazing well maintained, we are like a big group like 4 families. all felt the same, awesome breakfast too. I strongly recommend for the families who would like to visit Madrid.

Everything was perfect! Staff were great, location is easy and the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Thank you for an amazing stay in Madrid! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Great service.

We loved the location of this property and we felt the staff were friendly and helpful. However we found the suite to be a bit run down. The suite did not have a warm and comfortable feel to it. There was a consistent sewage smell in the hallways.

The rooms are big beds are comfortable the hotel’s location is perfect for shopping and reaching everywhere on foot.

Great hotel

Glass windows are of poor quality, all noice from the main street can be heard from the room. Check in is set at 3.00pm, I arrived at 10.00 am, I did not get the room until 3.00pm sharp, not a minute before. If check out is at 11.00 am I dont understand how I took fours hours sharp to clean a room. You can tell they did not care to prioritize the room cleaning when having the guest waiting. Not nice. I own a hotel myself and know how this works. Curstomer service very poor.

Across Callao metro station, close to every landmark, cleans, room was big and I was able to do laundry…the roof top is a pro

Very nice location of the property and everything is great.

The location in Gran Via was good. Very central. The place was late for check in. The floors were dirty with hair and stains. There was a horrible sewage smell permanently in the hallways. The sofa was uncomfortable. Also on Christmas morning a very loud alarm rang at 9 am.

I think this is a very convenient location for those visiting Madrid for the first time. Although there is no lobby, the 24/7 reception on the ground floor makes it very convenient. Breakfast was a great choice.
