Malioboro [-] - The entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow, and access to the hotel lobby is even narrower, especially if there are other cars parked in front of the lobby for a long time. - The reception is on the 8th floor, while the rooms are on the lower floors, making it less convenient. - The rooms are a bit cramped, as are the desks and bathrooms. - The hotel doesn't offer smoking rooms, and smoking isn't even allowed on the balconies. However, it's strange that they still accept or refuse bookings for smoking rooms. This is despite bookings being made well in advance, which puts customers at a disadvantage. It would be better to cancel bookings and refund them so they can find another hotel.
