The Westlake is a unique property, well-located if you don't want to pay high downtown prices, yet be close enough to get downtown via a short drive or public transport. The rooms are well-appointed with all necessary amenities. Our room was spacious, decorated in a fun, cheerful style. It is a very quiet area despite being on a main road. I've never experienced a virtual front desk and self-check in before, but communications from the property were excellent, timely, and accurate, making it easy to access the property and our room. My one comment would be that all rooms are accessed by going up a stairway, which was not obvious when I booked, and not fun to schlep our bags up. Other than that our stay was great.

They had good furniture and a cool room concept

Only spent one night but have been before. It’s a cute, clean, quiet hotel close to the city with parking (when other guests don’t take up multiple spots). Stayed in the beach suite and it was spacious with a comfy bed. It was very quiet because it was at the back of the hotel but lots of natural light. A couple maintenance things but nothing major. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing value. Fantastic design and decor. Very quiet and feeks safe, despite the fact that this place operates without any staff. The only negative comment I would have is that the carpet in the Beaches room needs to be replaced or refreshed.

Very cute, spacious, and ideal for traveling with my young adult. A little far from donmtown attractions, but there were good dining options nearby

Hotel was amazing! Very clean, comfy and quiet! Parking is the only problem of course thats the issue everywhere within 20 miles but overall we had an amazing stay 10/10 very recommended!!!!

The room was good, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed linen. There were traces of foundation and hair remnants.

Was a super comfortable bed and very quiet. Would be nice to have an actual couch/love seat and slightly better attention to cleanliness

Easy check in instructions , secure property and in an area that has everything you need

It was a hard ok … thermostat didn’t work, parking to the rear of the building is difficult to access and not well lit. TV in the bedroom didn’t work.

Lovely hotel with lots of space. Very clean and easy to get into and out of.

Cute industrial modern hotel. Parking was horrible, had to park my car on the street doesn’t look like the nicest area outside the hotel. But the hotel felt very safe just a lot of road noise.

Convenient to where I needed to go.

Stayed here on a business trip and really enjoyed the comfy chair in this photo.
