Clean, check in, breakfast all good. The problem is receptionist no have smiling, loudly talk, not helpful and very rude when asking the visa

I am very angry, in the morning I want to check out, it has been waiting for 1 hour but there is no one, my flight today is in the morning, I have called out, but nothing appears, my deposit is still there, and because of this I too late for the airport, even though at 6 in the morning!
