Good location. Clean minimal hotel good for your price!!

Staff were amazing. The rooms are average. My blinds were broken and the beds are starting to wear and uncomfortable. The outside of hotel is always unkempt and lots of weeds etc. No upkeep whatsoever. Tbe area is very convenient for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Toilet seat in 320 needs to be replaced. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed here numerous times and have never had any issues. Great, friendly staff, always accommodating. Rooms are clean and fresh.

I liked the lobby, it was clean and smells clean. There's a pool table that you can play with your family and friends. The room is a bit tight and there was no microwave to heat up the food, you will have to go down to the lobby and heat your food there. I think the hotel is good for an overnight stay.

This was the most impressive check-in I have experienced. The lady was extremely organized and polite. The room was good with everything one would need. If you didn’t have something in your room the front desk would be there to help.

Very nice place for a one-night stay, room is cozy. Breakfast wasn't not ideal because the common space cannot accommodate everyone.

- Horrible breakfast. Eggs were watery and coffee was just hot water, barely tasted it. - The AC in our room barely functioned properly. It took quite a bit of time to cool a small room. - Room had sharpie marks on the bathroom walls, and the bed head rest had slash marks on it. - When we got into our room, the handsoap container was half empty and the bodywash was 1/4th full and house cleaning never refilled it. - House cleaning only shows up every second day. Not daily. - Diamond members get a parking lot space close to the entrance, which is also next to the normal parking space. -Please go to Holiday Inn., across the street, it's so much better. -We regret not going to the Holdiay Inn. across from us, we cried about it.

Bedsheets were not changed. Nor we had handsoap or tiolet paper

I love this hotel. I've stayed here many times. This is where I stay whenever I come visit family in Edmonton, it's my home away from home.

We are a family of 2 parents and 2 adult daughters from UK and stayed 9 nights to attend wedding functions. The stay was great. The beds comfortable , daily housekeeping, daily breakfast, fast WiFi, great location, reception with pool table and hot drinks, small gym and small pool. Ample parking and great location

The AC and fridge sound will keep you up absolutely all night

The pool is rented by a third‑party company for swimming lessons for non‑hotel guests from about 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. These lessons are for children aged two and under, and the area becomes very crowded with kids, parents, and instructors. There is no posted schedule showing when the lessons take place, and hotel staff do not provide any warnings or advance notice to guests.

The check in was great 👍 Fast and convenient service. However, there were several unsatisfactory issues this time. First everyday the housekeeping staff kept coming in our room while we were there and the no disturb sign was on the door. Secondly, the mattress was very uncomfortable and we both woke up with back pain everyday. And I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. I understand this is a no frills hotel which I appreciate but it has gone downhill in the last year. Great parking and awesome area to stay in. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The grounds outside are disappointing as the weeds have over taken any landscaping that was previously done. Just looks like they can't be bothered to maintain upkeep. Truly was disappointed this time around.😕
