when entering the lobby I was a bit confused because there was no guard, even though the explanation was detailed but I was just not used to it 🫣 check in and check out were completely independent 🤣 but if we were confused x, then the guard would immediately appear, I think they were checking the CCTV 🫰 the place is comfortable, clean wake up, open the curtains and be amazed by the sunrise...that's what made me go further Tanjung because I'm also a sunrise and sunset chaser...next time might be another option 🤗

Pros:- Location is good.- Fast respond.- Clean apartment. Cons:- Stayed 10 days but no washing machine. They installed a broken washing machine that hasn't been repaired for 3 years.- Only 1 aircon, they have 2 aircons but you can only use 1. The other one they closed it.- The TV channel is little but hard to watch, but they exchanged a new one.

Staff was friendly. Easy to reach other places.

The towel is not recommended to use again, even the water in my body doesn't absorb! So bad, the blanket is too thin and very bad.

The staff is a bit arrogant. But the hotel is clean and comfortable. My suggestion is to put a sign for Tower A and Tower B so that it is not confusing to find them.

if the room I occupied, it would be better if there were around 5-6 people staying because there were 2 large beds (and it was actually for 5 people) + close to Guan Lye, just walking distance + Feng Yi dumplings in the lobby apart the best, the food suits the Indonesian tongue + seaside view room with nice view - there were blood stains on the sheets that were not washed properly - the trash can was really dirty like it had never been cleaned, we had to throw our own trash in the trash room. okay no problem, because we have to dispose of our own trash independently. only the trash can in the room should not be too dirty if possible. - check out was told to hurry up, at 11 am we had to leave, check in at 3 am we could only enter even though we had asked for a request. - the corners of the room were dusty, even the soap bottle looked dirty overall, if you have a bigger budget better find other places. unless you need to go to loh guan lye and have nowhere else to go, or you come on large group. well this could be one of the choices if you really have to.

Overall, this room is spacious with 2 queen-size beds, clean, and the bathroom is also clean, hot water is good. I do recommend this for a 4-person stay. The location is also good, a 5-minute walk to hawker food stalls.

Strategic position, suitable for small families

I felt comfortable staying here, the room was beautiful and clean.

The towel needs to be change, overall nice service and worth the prive.

The room facilities are satisfactory and access is very easy to reach.

I am very comfortable staying there. It is cheap and comes with 2 bedrooms too.

There is a rapid bus stop in front of the building.. If you want to go around Penang city cheaply, you can use the rapid bus. Adult tickets are RM2.8 and children are RM1.7 depending on the distance. The closer it is, the cheaper it is, it's close to the durian shop, you can walk to grab it and it's also cheap.. For a regular unit, it's enough for a rest stay.

The mattress no longer has springs and the left and right edges of the mattress are thinning.

The sofa need to be changed, the television is poor.

Very good and convenient, except for the washing machine that is still under maintenance.
