There is dog barking from 8:40 to 10:30 every night, also every morning for breakfast there were never ready. The rooms are to hot This morning they started a 6:15am by the time we were ready to go to the airport they started putting food out, one of the lady’s from the front desk told us at lest you can have coffee!!’ Really we told them the morning before to please be on time since our pick up is as 6:30 am . Very disappointed it since no one care .

One of nice hotel

Nice basic place, very clean and all the staff were very helpful and nice. Do not expect little extras such as water glasses, or bottled water. The indoor parking is tight to get into, but not unlike many I have encountered in Europe too. Breakfast was good but not grand…But was a good start to the day. All in all, a great place to stay for a good price!

Overall good property. Have stayed before and when I need to visit Bogota it is my first option. Very affordable.

This hotel does not qualify as 4 stars. Our room does not even have cups for basic use as brushing teeth, towel hanger, shower grab bars and coffee maker or refrigerator. The staff and workers, though, are very responsive and polite. The area is very quiet and safe. It's easy to get a cab and there are very good places to eat nearby. For people who love to get a drink in the evening, there are many bars around. This hotel, however, does not have a full service restaurant. Its breakfast is very ample and great! One difficulty though is it is hard for non-Spanish speaking guests. I needed to use a dictionary to communicate with the folks.

Good value for the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay again in that hotel.

Excellent Customer Service. Nice property.

We arrived and staff member said there was not parking available. The reason we chose the property was because it included parking. After checked in and went to our room the room key was not working and we had to go back to the front desk again. It was late and we were tired.

They advised us on where to go how to hire a taxi let us use their printer on multiple occasions. The toilet had a small tiny little leak but they fixed it as best they could during our stay and they were so attentive and the property was spic and span clean loved it. Also breakfast was immaculate!

I was really disappointing with the Surroundings around the hotel wanted to cancel and so and there was a discrepancy between hotels.com and the hotel very unprofessional.

The hotel is very clean and the people are very nice and helpful. Room is very large and is like a small apartment with a kitchen. Room is clean and has all the amenities you need. The location is very close to the main road from the airport to the hotel. The address for the hotel is wrong, it's the building across from the address listed.

The shower floor is very slippery, I think it is not safe for an older person
