The owner is very kind and friendly.

The location is very good, next to local market with walking distance to convinience store (sevel and mini big C). In front of sevel is the bus station (van). Walking distance to night market. The owner are friendly. We get the room on the 4th floor, no wifi signal reach the room and at morning-afternoon exposed to bright sunlight makes the room very hot. The drinking water, coffee&tea somewhat hidden near front desk. I've found out on the day we check out. I bought my own water (6L) and brought it to my room. Maybe need ask in details for the facilities. The bedsheets&blangket seems not changed (the smell of the sheet are not fresh like detergent/beach) and 3 nights we stay they never ask whether we want to change the sheet. Distance to places of interest are 30-45 minutes with motorcyle.
