We loved our stay at Dar Jasmine, the food was excellent, breakfast was perfect. We loved our room and the location but we discovered after leaving that we had some cash and items stolen from the room. We were out most of the day and then left the next morning early. We didn't have a chance to address it with the team as it was a busy day and we didn't realize it till we were already in a different city. It left a bad taste and even though the stay was amazing, if staff is stealing from guests, it's not a safe place. The view from our room was phenomenal. I just wish our stuff had been safe in the room. It would have been a perfect stay.

I am in love!!! We spent 6 nights in Morocco and my only regret is that I didn't book this slice of heaven for more than one night. What a GORGEOUS place!! We were wowed! Such a beautiful view of the town, gorgeous pool area, immaculate rooms, wonderful staff. We especially loved the variety of food they had on their menu. We had lunch and dinner here and loved all of our meals. I highly recommend this gem.

I cannot say enough good things about Dar Jasmine. Its location is ideal: just high enough above the city to give amazing views yet nestled into the surrounding nature. The staff are warm and friendly, they were able to help with all of our requests and happy to chat. The decor, layout, and choices in furniture are all just . Logistically, it is up a long flight of steps (what isn’t in Chefchaouen?), but a car-accessible road leads you to the start of them, and porters were right there to take our bags. Cannot recommend this place more highly. PS: hotel-provided photos are accurate. All of my own photos are just poor imitations of theirs.

We had a great stay at Dar Jasmine. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was amazing! We also decided to stay in for dinner, though the menu was limited, it was great. Best place to stay in Chefchaouen in my opinion.

Our stay at Dar Jasmine exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Due to a last-minute booking, we stayed in two different rooms, Bogota and Hanoi. Each room had its own unique decor inspired by the destination name. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious, with high-quality fixtures and stylish tiles. We also appreciated the private outdoor spaces, such as balconies and patios, that came with each room. The service was another highlight. The staff members were attentive and kind, especially Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He would quickly carry our luggage up/down the 100 steps on his shoulder and then seamlessly transition to serving guests in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, a perfect start to the day. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in! Incredible location with wonderful views of Chefchaouen. Very friendly and attentive staff who even carried our bags up the 100 stairs to the hotel. Do not be deterred by the stairs as that is what makes the view so amazing. Very nice pool. Delicious dinner and breakfast.

The hotel was a great location. But they should be disclosing they it's almost a 400 stair hike. Imagine doing that with luggage and a 3 year old. It was insane. On the checkout. Staff helped us out with luggage. But I would the staying there again till they have an elevator to use.

Very nice rooms in a fabulous location with great views of Chefchaouen. Our overall experience was let down a little by slow and forgetful service for both dinner and breakfast, as well as needing to call for maintenance to fix the hot water which wasn't working in the morning.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. FYI, if you have mobility issues, there are lots of stairs going to and within this facility.

The Dar Jasmine was a special place in Chefchaouen - with views of the town from the top of the hill make it super special. An oasis away from the busy town. They don't provide snacks from the hours of 3-6pm so make sure you load up before taking the stairs up to your room. If you are parking just note that it is anything but free like the hotel mentions. The locals come after you for payment and will stand in front of your car until you do pay them and then laugh at you when they overcharge you.

The 159 stairs are a beast just to get to the hotel lobby from the street. Up and down down the stairs. No phone. Cables not working so I have to go down the stairs again. No iron in the room. You have to go down the stairs again. You will definitely get your steps in if you stay here. One day was enough for me. Cute hotel and the view was amazing. Breakfast was just OK. My eggs were horrible. The staff lifting the bags up and down the stairs was amazing.

The is the best hotel I have stayed during my Morocco trip. Location is convenient within 15 minutes’ walk to the plaza. View from balcony is fantastic and unbeatable. Staff are all excellent with 5-star international hotel standard. The only downside is dinner menu with limited choices and change only once a week. Anyway, I strongly recommend Dar Jasmine to anyone go to Chefchaouen.

This is a gorgeous property with the most spectacular views of Chefchaouen. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, very personalised treatment. Very attentive. It’s a small Gem. Loved our stay. You do have to climb stairs to the top, but even the stairs has painted art. Very beautiful property.

Beautiful location, breathtaking views, and lovely welcoming staff. It's a sensory overload - scent of fresh jasmine on the breeze, amazing freshly prepared dishes, and landscaping so beautiful I had to touch it to make sure it was real. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again!
