Fun hotel, with great staff and in a great location with a Trendy restaurant on the main level!

Lovely style of interior . Very special . I called it mix loft and hippy. In the room you have vinyl disc player! Discs are provided. Extremely delicious food in the restaurant downstairs. You need to make a booking there ideally.

Pleasant

My stay was very pleasant, the staff was so nice. Breakfast was great! The hotel is at an artsy district in vienna and very well connected. It was an 8 minute or so walk to public transport. I enjoyed my stay and would def. Prefer this hotel again

It was okay. Nothing special, average room, average staff, average food. Weak attempt at quirky. Failed to hit that though. Room very basic and gloomy

Property have very nice design and vibe, and staff is very friendly, and restaurant is superb. But basics are not there: First room we received was very dark and unfriendly. 2nd room: lacked basic amenities: no robe, no slippers, no toothpaste... plus quite dirty... Clearly form over content. Not recommend!

Had a great stay! Bit of an issue with the shower flooding out over the drain. Breakfast was a touch expensive so we sourced elsewhere but otherwise a brilliant hotel and comfy room!

Great stay

Max Brown Hotel was the perfect boutique hotel for my partner and I, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! As soon as you step into the hotel, you are welcomed by lovely staff and beautiful interiors. The Large room was great. We had a big closet for our luggage, so we had space to move around. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved that the hotel was walking distance to delicious brunch spots, and we found it was easy to get to the main centre. We barely had to take the public transport because we felt safe walking around. I would highly recommend this hotel! Don’t forget to take a photo in their photobooth in the lobby.

This hotel looks great at the lobby level and the front desk staff is wonderful. The first room we were put in had a bedside light ripped right off the frame and a broken record player. We asked to switch rooms and we're accommodated easily. The room we stayed in was definitely better but was visibly a little dirty with tufts of dust on the floors. Parking was a little iffy as well and at one point we were triple parked and would have never been able to get out of we wanted. They also make guests walk through a side corridor as to not disrupt the restaurant guests. Overall I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Loved this hotel

I like the location of the property. Some reception staff are really fantastic and helpful. The room that we got was very dark and one of the lights is not working. The aircon was very mild even though I put it on full blast. The floor was also a bit dusty.

Room is cozy, with a big bath room. Only minor problem we had was a lack of fridge but nothing that really effect your stay. There a bus stop a 2 min walk from the hotel that tack you straight into the centre allowing for great links around the city

Lovely hotel and great breakfast, in a nice area in Vienna, easily walk into city attractions. Some mould on bathroom wall needed attention/cleaning and record player in our room was broken which was a pity.

The hotel is hip and all staff clearly enjoy their work. The Neubau area is quiet and in-touristy but with good restaurants but nothing to beat the Hotel restaurant itself, Seven North, I recall.

Hotel location is in a nice area of Vienna. Quiet but with some lovely coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel itself had an interesting dinner menu and the food is very tasty - it’s a popular restaurant so would recommend booking ahead of time. Hotel room was of a decent size and relatively clean. Hotel reception staff were friendly. My one complaint is that the bath in my room did not drain properly and there was no bath mat so it was very slippery after the first use - would recommend requesting room with a walk-in shower if you are elderly or if your mobility is not very good.
