Well situated for bars, restaurants and attractions of Alfama, and near to Santa Apolonia station. Checking in and out was very easy. I needed more sheets for the sofa bed and that was sorted out quickly. I’d recommend 👍

Beautiful property in excellent location. Excellent value for money. Responsiveness was okay but not great. This didn't really effect us but we found someone stuck in the elevator for over an hour and couldn't get in touch with our host. We ended up getting in touch with the other people's host to get them out. I would have hated to be the ones stuck in the elevator and unable to get a response for hours.
