Quaint property with modern amenities.

Went for a wedding and we loved Rionegro and the Hotel. The grankids loved the pool.

Very nice Hotel. Food was excellent. Staff súper friendly and kind. Very close to the City of Medellin and away from crowds. Super close to the the international Airport. Excellent option.

All was well. Good place to stay. Very clean. good environment. Breakfast was terrific. Stuff was vey helpful. I do recommend it. The room was also 👌 clean and net. I will definitely come back if I am in the area again.

I must said that, we travel for a family wedding and it was 60 of us . We totally loved the service. Beautiful view , clean pool with jacuzzi. The breakfast totally delish and variety to pick from . The waiters very nice and friendly. Please don’t forget to tip them after your stay . Very humble . Front desk staff courtesy level . House keeper on point . Thank you will be back to this hotel .

I must say the service was excellent!!! Fast service and the breakfast menu had nice variety to choose from. The staff at restaurant was amazing, attentive to us at the pool . We love it . We highly recommend.

The staff from the front to the back was just amazing and very professional. the chef at the restaurant Rodrigo his cooking flavors and style were beyond my expectations. and the spa massage and experience was just perfect. rosemay was my masseuse and she was just great. I left this place feeling like a million dollars. Thank you to all the staff from Wellcomm! will be back.

Brand new hotel Very clean Close to the airport excellent dining options near by.

My hustand and I had a wonderful 5 night stay and absolutely recommend Hotel Lagoon! The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The room and views were superb! It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It offered a great complementary breakfast buffet modified daily including made to order omelets. They were so great they even baked additional pastry (pandeyucas) for me! The grounds were beautiful as well! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Property is overpriced bathrooms are so small location is terrible nothing near by not worth your money

Smallest and worse designed bathrooms in any hotel!! Cold water

Hotel took forever for checkin very short staffed the location is terrinle nothing near by to eat. Not worth the price wouldnt recom mend it

Exceptional!

Rooms too small. Service mediocre

It was great. We stayed with a small dog. However you have to pay an extra fee that is not mentioned in the booking. The pet "guest" should be asked during the booking process since the hotel allows you to stay with a pet.

The room was nice and clean however it was loud. The toilet kept running all day long and it was very loud. The walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing and anyone walking by the hallway outside. The bed also wasnt the most comfortable. We didn’t sleep well the 4 nights we were there. Also, it’s far from everything in Rionegro. Only place you can walk to is la Finca de Rigo which was great.
