I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chapter Roma. The room is comfortable and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. And the location can’t be beat. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay at Hotel Chapter Roma. They staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were so helpful and welcoming. As a solo traveller it was really important to me to feel comfortable and they couldn’t have done more to make me feel at home. Special shout out to the ladies on the front desk who were so personably and warm during my stay. Would definitely recommend and come back here when I’m next in Rome.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional!! They are there to serve your every need and so friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Loved the ambiance of the hotel especially the lounge area. Would definitely stay here again!

By far one of the best hotels! We loved the location, the room was clean and spacious, including the shower which is rare. The staff were so nice and helpful, breakfast was great. All in all, we had such a great stay, and we’re very comfortable.

Perfect location in the middle of it all easy to walk everywhere. Nice room, good staf and amazing breakfast. Missed out larging mirror in the bathroom, trashbin in the room and some other small things. The rooftop bar was not open.

Such a great hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was very clean and cozy. The location is perfect for walking to sights. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again if/when I travel back to Rome. Staff goes above and beyond. Thank you!!

Super helpful staff and very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly room servicing crew and doorman. An AMAZING breakfast, with large variety of cold options, croissants, bread, muffins, jams, fresh honey, fresh ripe fruits, and made-to-order eggs, and super tasty, freshly-squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee, expresso - we always had a nice breakfast!! Decor is definitely “retro” and inviting to gathering of friends in the lobby for talking and having out. Although the old-style keys for doors and lights was a surprise, the very decorative key rings made up for it - very stylish! Location of this hotel is very central, very easily walkable to many restaurants, even a nice, longer walk all the way to the Vatican.

Hip & modern NYC style hotel in a busy area of Monti. Amazing bar, contemporary Italian Chef’s restaurant and rooftop lounge. Highly recommended for a special occasion all in one spot.

I would give no more than 3 stars to this hotel.
