Très belle chambre de bonnes dimensions, confortable et propre. Un peu excentré, mais à proximité de plusieurs parcours d'autobus, mais en 10 minutes de la vieille ville. Dans un quartier paisible.

The host was amazing! She had great recommendations of activities to do around Dubrovnik. The apartment was a great size and about a 15 minute was to town. It was quiet and had a beautiful terrace to watch the sunset.

We had the top floor apartment (no 7), it consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen diner area with a bed sofa. The bed was really comfortable, shower was good, we never really used the kitchen other than for coffee etc. Lovely view down the coast from the Juliet balcony, other rooms had a full balcony. It's just a 15-20 minute walk into the Old town, or similar distance if you wanted to go to Lapad area. Parking is up in private parking area on the hillside just above the property. Access to the property from the car park is down some steps, there are also steps (142 of them) going down from the property to the main road which takes you in to the Old Town. Recommendations for places to eat close by: - Jacks Bar - Marangun restaurant Buy a Dubrovnik pass on day one, this also gives you free travel on the buses for the duration of the pass, we got the 7 day pass and it worked great.

My stay was perfect for what I intended to do in Dubrovnik. Communicative and helpful host and good location from what I could sum up! Would go back and stay in the location and with this host.

We loved our lodging here. The place was clean and convenient to both old town and new town. We loved that there was a kitchen for doing some of our own meals. The hosts were so good to pick us up and take us to the airport. There was even a washing machine. We loved our time in Dubrovnik with Guesthouse NIkolina.

The owners were amazing and so kind, place was beautiful with a nice deck and air conditioning which was great!

Had an excellent stay here. Host was accommodating and incredibly nice. Our flight was delayed and she made it easy to check in later than planned. The space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Having a place to park was an added bonus and huge time saver.

Everything about our stay at this guest house was positive, from being provided a dedicated parking spot, to the juice and tea provided, to the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, to the enthusiasm and responsiveness of the owner, to the location with the stunning view over the sea. The walk up the 126 stairs from the main road below is totally worth it. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

Very welcoming, when i arrived. Very light and airy room. My fitness levels have improved since being here. Doing equivalent to 10 flights of stairs. Views from the balcony stunning.....

We absolutely loved staying at guest house Nikolina. We organized with the host to pick us up at the airport, which made the trip very easy!They were so kind, we were even given ice-cream upon arrival! Overall, I would highly recommend this Guest House for your next stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Guest house Nikolina! The property is beautiful with very clean, very comfortable rooms and a lovely balcony. The host made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating.The property is a 30m walk outside the old town which was perfect! Overall a very pleasant, very enjoyable stay!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. And the room was exactly as we had hoped - very clean, comfortable, plenty of space, great view and ideal position for both the old city and the newer parts

Absolutely beautiful property, so clean and with stunning views. The owners Nikolina and Stijepo are genuinely some of the most kind welcoming people you will ever meet. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a 5 night vacation in Dubrovnik and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Nikolina. The room was clean and modern, and in a great location. 20 min walk to the old town and 5 minutes from Bellevue Beach, lots of steps up to and from the room bare in mind! Highly recommend this as a place to stay, great value for money. We would like to Thank Nikolina for being so accommodating.

It was a good stay. They have all the amenities kitchen downstairs. The rooms are very nice and clean. You sleep well. Great. The only thing was finding the place the taxis didn’t know where it was it was hidden on the top part of the mountain. But once you are there it is great you walk down lots of stairs and you are on the Main Street lots of restaurants grocery stores pharmacy. All in all great place.

This place is amazing, with the greatest host family - super friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Water and ice cream were offered when we arrived, as well as a glass or two of wine after a long day at the beach. Located about a mile from old town, but a close walk to Bellevue beach (a must visit). Another appeal of the location is its accessibility to Gruz and other parts of the coast
