Hello Cactus, Check-in time at Cactus is from 2:00 p.m., Mr. Hai arrived early to check-in early at 10:00 a.m., but the hotel can only try to assist depending on room availability. At the time he arrived, the hotel still had no available rooms so it could not support his request. All hotels are operated like this. I hope you give a more objective assessment of your experience.
