Perfect location, excellent staff and facilities Loved the suite with a south facing balcony and river view

Kevin was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The pool and sauna were very well maintained and a nice bonus.

The hotel is across the river from the city centre but in a nice location and easy to access by foot or bus. It has a very nice lobby and restaurant, and the indoor pool is a plus. Wifi worked well. The only difficulty we had is that the air conditioning did not work the first two nights of our four-night stay. When we brought the problem to the attention of the staff, they were not helpful - they simply came to our room and adjusted the thermostat in the same way that we had tried. When we complained after a second hot night, they admitted the whole system was down and that someone would come to fiix it. It was fixed for the second two nights, but we felt that the staff should have been more attentive to the situation and made recompense.

Excellent hotel. Although the double bed room was small but it was very nice and fully equipped for the solo traveller. I really enjoyed the small indoor swimming pool and the steam room. The breakfast was good with a nice terrace areas over the river.

Nice hotel with cosy rooms and comfortable bedding and pillows!

Relatively nice hotel for a quick stop over but with some serious flaws. Maids were cleaning rooms loudly by 8am making it impossible to sleep. Beds are truly small doubles

Comfortable room and bed. Restaurant not open. Breakfast good

Great location good service and clean , down side was the internet stopped working in my room after the first day and not fixed. COVID lockdown did not allow me to try the mar and restaurant but service was very good

The hotel was very good but the staff were not so good. Housekeeping did not clean our room twice during a five day stay and the staff in the bar were also pretty poor, slow and nor very attentive!

The hotel was lovely, but the service wasn't that great. Slow to serve in the restaurant and with drinks. Out of the five nights the rooms didn't get cleaned twice. Overall the hotel was lovely in a beautiful location.
