Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Pool seemed unkept. Water was very cloudy

Fast check in and check out process. Rooms were clean and spacious with an amazing aesthetic.

Beds were hard to sleep on which is unfortunate after a long day of travels. Staff was nice at check in.

This was a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family. The staff was so helpful and kind.

My stay was amazing, however the bed was a little different than what I’m use to. It kinda had a dip in the middle of the bed. Other than that it was a great stay.

Amazing stay. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and staff taking care of breakfast/kitchen did an amazing job, they were always ready to help and serviced with a smile.

The hotel was nice, clean, great breakfast and nice staff.

I was not happy that the hotel billed my credit card before our party even checked in. I had reserved the room for someone else. I used my credit card to book the room but they were planning to pay for the room on their credit card when they checked in. The hotel told me I would have to contact the booking agent. I didn’t have this problem with the other hotels in our itinerary.

Staff and service were really nice. I received a notice a few hours before arriving that one of my rooms were no longer available. Accommodations of a handicap king suite with a roll away bed was provided and accepted from a reservation 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa.. (needed comfortable space for 3 people…not sharing a bed). I guess that works. Would have provided a 5 if room requested was a available… and/or if a discount was provided

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was FULL but never heard much noise from other guests. Rooms were clean.
