Friendly staff, property has a lot of stairs so not friendly for people with mobility issues. Could do with a little refurbishment for example having door handle on the inside as it makes locking the door difficult, also the windows have an air gap so cold air comes through, but great place for the price. Good breakfast.

Staff was nice and available to help even with the language barrier. Room was clean and price was fair for the convenient location.

Good value for money, close to all central locations. The staff were friendly and the breakfast wss nice.

Brilliant location and host. Self contained rooms, not for the luxurious traveler but an affordable accommodation to stay. Overall worth the purpose of a hotel of a place to stay. Will stay again depending on budget or its location

Riad HORRIBLE - totalement différent des photos. Les oreillers étaient sales, couverts de saleté et de sueur (regardez les photos ci-jointes). Les carreaux de la salle de bain sont couverts de saleté et de moisissure. La salle de bain sentait les toilettes. L'hôte est agréable, mais la propriété ne vaut pas 50€ - j'avais plus de confort pour 10€ plus près de Djemma el-Fna. L'emplacement n'est pas mal mais le reste de l'expérience est horrible. Évitez cette maison d'hôtes - rien de ce qu'ils suggèrent n'est vrai.

Amenities were completely different from what they write.

Booked and paid for 2 double rooms months back. A few days before booked airport pick up, which went well. Arrived at the place. It felt like we wasn’t expected, even though they organised the taxi…I had to remind them we booked 2 double rooms but instead we were given 2 very small single rooms at the top of the place. I complained but was told there were no other rooms available. Do not stay here if you have mobility problems as there are many stairs and the ones to the top rooms are not safe. The shower head was cracked so water was going everywhere in the bathroom and into the small bedroom down a large tiled step. On the first morning, I slipped on the floor landing on my ribs across the step..I am still in pain from this a week later. I complained again and once more told there are no other rooms available. As I was not given what I had paid for I would advise against booking this accommodation! This is advertised as 3 star but I would rate it as 1 maximum. Marrakech was great although I was in pain due to the fall so this stopped me partaking in some of the activities I planned. I have travelled extensively and always give true reviews as as I rely on them when choosing where to stay. I don’t understand how this had a 9.6 rating as this was completely at odds with my experience! This is the worst place I have stayed! I would advise against staying here!

Janat Salam is an excellent hotel. The staff is excellent and took care of myself and my family. The staff especially Younes, Yusuf and Fatima are all excellent and good at their jobs. The hotel is walking distance to the main square(Jema Al fna) and all the shopping can be done very close so is conveniently located . The hotel has air Conditioning in each room which was important to me. All in all I had a great experience of this hotel and next time I came back will definitely come back to Janat Salam.

A nice, budget hotel only 2 minutes walk from the medina entrance. Rooms are basic but very clean and the staff is helpful and very friendly. There is a veranda with common outdoor seating on both levels of this hotel.

It’s a very nice place, the decoration style is very good. The location is easy to go to the El Badii Palace and Bahia Palace, and the Jemaa el-Fna is also in a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I think is valuable to stay here.

Near the most important point of interest of the city. Good Condition e very good Breakfast. Pleasure Holiday in this structure

O responsável pelo hotel foi atencioso conosco,disponibilizando a geladeira do hotel para utilizarmos;o hotel é bem localizado, perto dos melhores pontos turísticos. A minha insatisfação foi em relação a internet, bem precária mesmo. Outro ponto de insatisfação era que o café da manhã nunca foi servido no horário que nos foi informado (8:00h), 2 dias eu acordei o responsável pelo hotel para que ele fosse organizar o café da manhã. Portanto, se precisar tomar o café da manhã cedo, isso será um problema.

Aunque está en plena calle es difícil de encontrar al no tener nombre. No es el Riad típico con patio central. Espejo descolocado, cable del secador suelto (sin secador). Cables sueltos donde había un TV. Limpieza regular. Cosas buenas: la ubicación, el desayuno muy completo

J'avais pris une chambre triple pour ma nièce et moi. Chambre correcte mais bruyante car donnant sur l'avenue, et air conditionné marchant mal. Salle de bain petite et peu pratique pour 85€.

La chambre double proposée quand nous sommes arrivés était très décevante pour 65€ (chambre aveugle donnant sur le hall donc bruyante, petite salle de bain). face à ma déconvenue, Ibrahim nous a placé dans une chambre très agréable dans un Riad voisin possédé par le même propriétaire.

Nous n’avons pas été dans cet hôtel mais on nous a changé pour un Ryad superbe à quelques minutes à pied .

Hôtel à sa juste valeur et acceptable pour une nuit de passage. Personnel très accueillant. problème : pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur
