First I was given a very bad room it was on the 3rd floor the highest floor, very hot, broken air conditioner, broken toilet button overall very bad and I contacted the customer service and they responded very quickly and changed me to a very nice room so I felt very good and even though it was in the hospital I didn't hear any sound at night 100 points

Quite ok but the stuff is a bit old, there are quite a few insects... customer service is not very good =))))

Booking and payment were successful but did not receive the pass code to enter. Called the hotline as instructed but still could not get through. Request for refund

It took almost an hour to get into the room. Room had cockroaches.

Walls are very thin, you could hear people talking across the walls and their footsteps. Otherwise, very good location for when you're looking for a cheap night in the heart of Bui Vien.

So dirty and smelly, really small room.
