Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfy. Loved the layout. Amenities were excellent. Great staff - friendly and professional. Breakfast was top knotch

Greatest part was the feeling as if we owned our own apartment, it didnt feel like we just stayed in a hotel, but a home.

I booked a regular room and was put in a wheelchair room.

Very convenient location downtown. Breakfast buffet was crowded but very good with nice views of the city. My executive suite was spacious with a kitchen and couch. Very clean would come back again!

Everything about my stay was excellent and exceeded expectations, except for an issue regarding the parking arrangement. Upon checkout, I was informed that the parking fee would be $182, which I agreed to. However, I was surprised to see a $241 deduction from my account the next day. This unexpected charge raises several questions and concerns about the clarity and transparency of the billing process. I hope this matter can be reviewed and clarified.

Great hotel in downtown. Super convenient for the C-train. The hotel restaurants are nice and the rooms are spacious with great views. I stay here whenever I’m in Calgary in business

Manager was absolutely terrible to deal with. Worst customer service ever.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was best I’ve seen at any hotel - fresh with ample choices. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities required. We’ll be back for sure.
