My reservationwas for a king room but we were placed in queen room for both nights.

The front desk(Angelique) was very professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Repeat visit to this facility and both times were excellent. Though the reason for this visit was not pleasant (s funeral), the hotel was quite good and the staff were wonderful.

Room smelled of body odor

"Reserved" a room for a possible stay when traveling home from Florida. As it turns out, the "Reservation" was a room purchase through Expedia. Did not ultimately stay and the "no cost cancellation" was denied. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

Terrific! Very nice and clean. Rooms were amazing. Lots of restaurants nearby and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked everything but the high prices at restaurant

Very disappointed that the check in was delayed because of a large group leaving. I understand the reasoning but I picked this hotel over many others so I could relax before the game, instead I was not able to check in until after 5 and paid over $400 to spend $ hours in a room. I will not stay here for any more trips for football games.

Quiet stay and attentive staff.

For as much as the room cost per night it was a disappointment that the TV would not turn on . We called the front desk and requested a maintenance person to come look at it and no one came. At check out they offered points for an account I dont have. And because I used a 3rd party for my reservation there was no price break !

Nice place
