We paid extra for a side sea view but we never got any hot water in the shower and it had a big gap under the door so the light was shining in the bedroom so had to put a pillow over it so I could get some sleep

The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard, including the bathroom. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice. Comfortable beds.

The staff were good but the price for the room seemms high as it needs updating

We have stayed here about 5 times, the rooms are basic but have all you need and are spotless.. Could do with redecorating throughout. You couldn't get a better location, turn right out of hotel and you are on the high street turn left and there is the beach. Free Wi-Fi, the bar opens 5pm to 11pm if you want a drink. All the staff are brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Cheap and cheerful, if you're looking for 5 star dont book

When we arrived there was no wait at the check in all went very smoothly. We got the lift up to the 2nd floor and our room was only a couple of doors down. The room was plenty big enough, with a sea view when you looked up the street. the room was adequatly furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and vanity table. The bathroom was nicely laid out but the shower was a bit of a squeeze. Overall the room was clean, tidy and with a window that opens properly. The breakfast was self service, so you could have what wanted from fruit, cereals, toast or a cooked breakfast. Coffee, tea and juices were available too. A great and pleasent stay was had in a very nice and clean hotel.

The location of the property was excellent.

We were very happy with the experience. It was in a great spot. A short walk from the front. We had two people with disabilities in our group and we were able to park in a disabled bay a short distance away. I will definitely say that again it was close by the Venue of the event Manchester by the Sea.

It was ok

Perfect. A traditional hotel within a few yards of the beach. Parked right outside the front door, easy check in, comfy bed, and an outstanding breakfast. The price was unbeatable, too. A special mention to Stefan, who checked us in and spent time behind the bar when we asked for an evening drink. Happy to recommend the White Heather Hotel, and we will certainly be back.

Clean and tidy. Good English breakfast, and friendly staff. Good central location. Decor is dated, but was not an issue. Stayed before, and will stay again. Would recommend.

Breakfast was cooked beautifully, much better than many four star properties I have stayed. The staff were all very helpful and polite.

A nice, clean and friendly hotel conveniently situated to enjoy the beach, prom, shops and pubs/restaurants of Llandudno. The rooms and bathrooms were small but clean and functional. Breakfast was excellent with very good service.

Clean room, lovely old fashioned decoration. Friendly staff, we had to be up early for a ski race and got in early for a lovely well cooked breakfast! Finally found a hotel that cooks bacon properly!

Disappointed with room 109. As in an emergency anyone needing the fire escape has to access it through this room.
