Very kind and helpful staff

Great breakfast experience

It's close to the Hells of Beppu. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Location is ideal as is near the 7 hells attraction. The staffs are very attentive n helpful. Hotel is clean and look new. The buffet dinner was very good and had a wide spread of dishes that will sue can satisfied your appetite.

Manager was friendly and helpful, even heloing me arrange a dinner reservation in another city!

Good location if you’re looking to visit the jigoku in Beppu. Private bath can be reserved but make sure you do it as soon as you check in as it fills up quickly.

It was a little hard to find the hotel in English at first as its address is not updated on google map and it does not have a mapcode. A very nice cosy hotel we chose for its location that is within 3-5 minutes drive to the Beppu Jigoku 'hells'. Free parking is just next to the hotel.

房內的窗簾未能阻擋太陽光線, 以至早上4點半已陽光照入房內, 如可改善更好, 酒店可以提接駁交通安排及接送是很好的服務
