It’sa beautiful property with nice sized rooms. I stayed in 3 properties on this trip and this one was easily the best

Comfortable, newer property in a great neighborhood. Service was outstanding and food was delicious.

Great property and staff

The hotel itself is well-designed and comfortable, but the noise levels were a major issue for me. Sound from the rooftop bar, corridors, and street-facing rooms made it difficult to relax. I chose this hotel for a peaceful stay and some alone time but the lack of soundproofing unfortunately defeated that purpose.

My stay was amazing. Staff is friendly and food is good. The only negative point was that i did not have assiatnce with luggage on check out and after a shopping day they did not have a cart to collect all bags and take to the room. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable and i plan to go back.

It’s a wonderful property and the staff are very friendly. Only downside is the noise from traffic - my room was on the Bristol side.

Sliding door did not lock and not much to watch on tv

The breakfast was very good! The property was clean and modern. Room service was excellent. We paid extra for a balcony, but it was not very usable (balcony was very small with no table/chairs). The room itself was clean & comfortable, but the bathroom was too dark. The Rosebank Mall was close enough to walk to in the daytime, but recommend Uber after dark.

Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood in Johannesburg. Staff was lovely and the roof top bar was the perfect place to unwind after a day of touring. Would definitely stay again!

It was a pleasant stay overall, but there is need to upgrade apps on your TVs for easy access to Showmax and others

We loved this place! The location was good, walkable to shopping mall and craft market. It was quiet, secure and comfortable. Service was excellent! Great breakfasts.

This hotel was a hidden jewel, the service, the staff, the food, and room were amazing. They treated us so respectfully and were very kind and playful with my daughter. They food was delicious and great coffee. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was large and comfortable with nice private balcony. The staff was outstanding: professional, personable and customer driven. Always smiling and helpful. Recommend highly.

Best hotel of three we have stayed in on vacation.

The hotel abd its staff were remarkable. They were extremely helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was fantastic! We want to personally thak the restaurant staff. Each morning they went out of their way to assure we had exactly what we wanted. Finally, we are going to miss our coffee baritsta. His coffe art was mind blowing.

This place is exactly what it's all about when you travel. A place that feels like home and where you can recharge your batteries after a full day of new impressions. The whole atmosphere and the friendly people makes you feel like home. Thank you so much.

Property was very clean. The cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was plentiful. Cold and hot breakfast options. Price was affordable. I would stay again.
