The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were lovely and they provided amazing cooked breakfasts. The location was great and walkable to everything in Keswick.

Cleanliness is very important to me when I stay in an hotel and I was not disappointed with Sunnyside B and B. Paul and the lady were so friendly and lovely breakfast.

We had a lovely relaxing break, the added bonus at Sunnydale is the lovely lounge with a honesty bar

Nicky and Paul were great hosts - very helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast and option of light evening meal useful after a long day on the fells. Also lots of interesting books about the Lakes and photography. Guest lounge with home made cake a nice touch.

A warm welcome with coffee and homemade cake. Room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. There were plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and the lake was only a short walk away. The perfect base.

Enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely well appointed room. Especially great to have a fridge since we were having a March heatwave! The breakfast on both mornings was tasty, well presented and cooked to order. The eggs benedict were the best I have ever had. Happy to recommend a stay here and would go back.

I quickly felt welcome, the property was immaculate and everything had been thought of. I enjoyed a piece of freshly baked cake on arrival!

Everything about stay was excellent,the owners were brilliant,Everything was smooth from checking in ,lovely clean room ,excellent shower,excellent full English breakfast,and other things if wanted ,vegan,porridge,yogurts,fruit ,eggs benedict,lovely b&b would definitely stay again

Lovely B&B just a short stroll from the Town Centre. Beautifully decorated and maintained accommodation. Sitting room with complimentary coffee and cake! Ample breakfast options and well cooked. On site free parking. What more could you ask for ?

A lovely place to stay. Paul and Nicky were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and facilities such as tea/coffee and cake was an added bonus. The off street parking proved to be very handy as the street is full of parked cars and we would have had to park on a different street had this not been available.
