Thank you so much for your time for leave as an review of your stay, as you do mention about changing room, we do inform you and Traveloka.com in advance already that we have an over booking with family rooms and we also do mention that we have 2 double rooms for you instead, also if you are not agree you have a right to cancel but you said it's ok, all of our details are quite clear on the system, about hair dryer we have but it's on request, parking we mention it has because for everyone in LP that is our parking and it just 10m from our property or 10 steps by feet, and for the fee, we also just find out that the village start to collect money 5000kip for the parking. anyway, we will improve our service and will put more facilities to the rooms.
