One of the best place I’ve stayed owners was very chill and friendly definitely would stay there again

Had a great experience here! We mostly used it as a place to sleep since there’s so much to do in the area, but it was exactly what we needed — comfortable and convenient. The staff was welcoming and informative. They took time to get to know guests and gave helpful recommendations for things to do locally. The location is fantastic — just cross the street and it’s about a one-minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Facility is not fancy but clean and well cared for.

Bed was uncomfortable…we sank to the middle. Room extremely small. Very loud with people talking until early morning. Quiet 10pm policy not enforced. Clean! Owners are very friendly. Convenient to beach and activities.

We stayed here for four nights for a baseball tournament and would definitely stay again. Lisa and Peter are fabulous hosts. The property was very clean and well maintained and the boys enjoyed the pool area and the adults had a great time hanging out on the patio and grilling both day and night. All of the employees were very friendly and the location is perfect for all of the fun that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We hope to stay here again! We would stay here again in a minute. Super cute and great location. The owners and staff are great.

The room and things in it were clean. But it was much smaller than we anticipated and the sink in the bathroom wasn't working. That said, the owner came in right away and fixed it quickly. The pool was a perk too!

Staff was excellent. I forgot about the train 😂😂. Didn’t sleep very good due to the train. Street noise, and street cleaner but otherwise great choice!

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff (or host) was friendly and responsive, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We will definitely be returning.

Good friendly service at check-in and checkout. Which room had regular seating as sitting on bed was not that comfortable.
