It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15 am wakeup call.

Nice staff, good breakfast variety and very clean place. A little disappointed as the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were not hot enough even though I let reception and some other staff know about it.

We stayed twice at this property, the first time we had no complaints, the second time they put us in a room right above the bar/restaurant and it was extremely loud with super loud music and drunken idiots yelling and making it impossible to rest. We called the front desk and there never was an apology or an offer for a quieter room, they would only say that they could not hear anything. Sad, but won’t be staying there anymore.

Great service and great property. from the moment you walk in feels welcome and from front desk to security and room service staff are all excellent. Especially in their dinning room, great team with great manager Gloria, she is supper friendly every time and always make sure customer's needs been met at all time. Restaurant food is also great. we spent 7 nights there and highly recommended this hotel in Arequipa.

This place is amazing so clean beautiful The staff soo friendly treating like they know you the only problem was too short next time. I will plan to stay more longer, but I really enjoyed everything was so perfect beyond what I was expecting. Thank you!!!!!!♥️♥️♥️
