Clean quiet

Hotel was a great place to stay! Warm up the pool and the kids will swim longer on our next visit. We will definitely look for Hampton for our travels.

It seemed like a new hotel , spacious room comfortable beds sliding door for ironing table closet and bathroom door which did not lock, fell when we tried to close it to the bathroom, quite a scare, but no one got hurt. Breakfast was your regular waffle/eggs/sausage/biscuits and gravy / pretty nice

Ther hotel was really nice room clean and bed comfortable the only problem was the air conditioner was loud. had great coffee and a nice breakfast

what a dump, and terrible customer service. we come to garnder monthly for training, and will never stay here again.

Clean, great breakfast, super friendly staff

I really enjoyed my stay here. We stayed 5 days doing the blizzard so my daughter would only have a mile to drive to work. My Grandson and I had a ball doing the day.

What I didn’t like, was falling in parking lot and sidewalk due to poor snow clearing

When we arrived to check in I was informed that the hotel did not have a 2 room king suite and had no 2 room suites at all so I was forced to purchase another room. It wasn't the hotels fault but Hotels.com. i wish I would have known so I could have picked another hotel. Ended up costing me double the price for our stay, really disappointed with Hotels.com. May switch to something else. Don't like the new rewards system either.

Beds were not comfortable

Staff did a good job to make sure our stay was pleasant. Derrika was great in responding to any issues we had.

Overall I'm giving this a 5-star review. It's a really clean/fairly-new hotel. The bed was comfortable, room was large, lots of outlets, tasteful decor, everything worked, the lobby was clean, and the included breakfast was great for this price range. Two areas of improvement: (1) Desk chair was awful. I wouldn't be able to comfortably work a full day with that chair, and (2) the first night we were there, we had noisy neighbors. We could hear their conversations through the hallway door and wall. But otherwise, a great room.
