The place was actually pretty nice

Excellent location for a Raptors game. Lots of entertainment on location (pool, hot tub, sports chek etc) or walking diatance. Only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was cost of parking. $60 for 24 hours was insane!

Bit strange having a private room in shared accommodation, but it worked. Room clean, great location for Scotiabank Arena and Union Station

I was very pleased with the hotel or condo but very displeased with the amount that I was charge for parking very disappointed in the parking

We booked this “hotel” and when entering the unit we saw other peoples shoes, garbage and the unit had a smell. Later we learned that this was a shared room. It was not made clear to us. We did not feel comfortable staying in a shared room. The owner said that we would get a refund if we called customer service. Customer service could not do this as the owner would not pick up the phone to confirm. This was attempted 5 minutes after the owner told us to call. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a “hotel”

The smell of mariguna when my wife and I arrive after the concert on the apartment according to house rules there was not smoking of any type allowed

The "room" that we slept in was not a room but literally a closet with a bed crammed in there. Not only did it have no windows (not a surprise since it was in the description), but also it had no door (which was not in the description). That means no privacy whatsoever, poor isolation from noise and light. This was an awful experience, which was made even worth because of the high price. We will file a formal complaint immediately. A closet is not a room suitable for rental. I wish Hotels.com checked the rentals before posting them on their website..

We came to stay here for a quick getaway from NY. The location is superb, located in the downtown area of Toronto. The space itself is a room within a room, not the entire apartment. I did not realize that until after we booked. The facility is really nice, it has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. I would recommended to others and would recommend staying there again. The master bedroom is small, with your own personal bathroom. I would recommend coming in through Bishop airport because it is closer that. Pearson intl. in addition there is a free shuttle that takes you to and from the airport.

Lack of communication regarding the fact that it was a shared room. Advertisement was not clear.
