After ordering via the app, you immediately receive a confirmation email about the apartment for rent, 2 days before staying you receive confirmation again about the room number and key password. Very easy and efficient. Good location close to places to eat and shopping. The rooms are clean and there is a small kitchen and washing machine.

Stay at Elizabeth Garden Shinsaibashi was excellent. The apartment location is near from Convenience Store, Bus Stop, Train Terminal, Aeon Mall, and Shopping Center (Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi). The facilities in the apartment were also complete, there were stoves, washing machine, iron, clothes dryer, refrigerator with freezer, etc. The owner also allowed us to have early check in (we checked in at 12pm, it should be in 3pm). Highly recommend.
