Great hotel with nice clean rooms. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. It's just next to a beautiful lake with a lot of recreational opportunities. I especially liked the breakfast buffet. It has everything you could want to eat in the morning.

Location is lovely, staff is very friendly, but the fact that you have to go outside to get from your room to the restaurant or the Spa is no fun. A covered solution should have been foreseen, especially if you claim to have 4 *. We left the room just as a thunderstorm rolled through and were drenched by the time we got to the restaurant. May not be an issue for most people but this ruined our stay.

A hotel in a village style resort. We arrived and were upgraded which was nice. A lot of families so maybe not the best place if you are looking for a quiet getaway. While check in we informed us about the spa facilities which cost an extra 35p.p to use. This was on top of the 200€ we paid for the night anyways. The spa price was also discounted since the hottub was broken. Usually it's 49€ p.p which I find absolutely exaggerated for what they offer. Then we went to the restaurant and they said they don't have a table for us at any time at the evening since the cook is sick and they only can take a limited amount of people. Sorry but if you can't accommodate the customers of your hotel because one cook is sick then you have a staff issue. The breakfast was also very underwhelming. For a 200€ a night place I expect at least like an omelette station or something. The scrambled eggs tasted worse than at a best Western airport hotel. We came here for a full experience of dinner, spa and hotel and we got a room for 200€ for one night. Not again unfortunately. I expect more for this price.

Your reception staff appeared generally uninterested in dealing with our overnight booking. Directions to room were terrible, The map was useless. We were told Block 4 so we imagined that this was a separate one of the many buildings in your development. We spent far too long walking around the whole development before understanding that by Block 4 you simply meant a room in your complex to which the access was down an outside passageway. Wierd. Parking was not available in the lot next to the room. Lots of electric spaces though! Your restaurant was unable to provide us with an evening meal. Fully booked they said.

When we arrived the weather was not so good, so we thought that would really affect our staying, but in contrary — we had a very good family time together, because the whole vibe on the lake is amazing even on a cold day! My daughter was happy with a playground, me and husband were happy with food at restaurant, the room was comfy, clean, I slept really well. The breakfast is also very good, but avoid coming after 9:15 and so on — you will stuck in human traffic jam and maybe you will not get scrambled eggs or pancakes. The spa — a bit overpriced for such a small space, but still was a good decision to go there on a cold day.
