Staff was wonderful

Easy parking the room is huge the only problem I had was that the AC was a little loud but everything else was excellent.

Room was really clean and spacious.

Great in between if your not wanting to pay in town San Diego prices.

Front desk assistant was very unhelpful and deceitful. Told me he was locked out of his account and needed to reset his password. Told me he would take me to my room without the key and I would have to come back at 10pm to get a key. After 20 minutes of waiting and him telling me various different stories he finally told me he did not have a room for me and I couldn’t stay, even though I had successfully made a reservation and paid in advance. Very frustrating experience

Clean and quiet. They stop stocking breakfast 30 minutes before the end of posted breakfast hours. When it was busy and we didn't get there before this, we didn't eat.

Easy access motel near plenty of eating options in nearby shopping malls. It is about a mile to the start of Grand Avenue and you could walk though it would be along very busy streets. Facilities very nice to include gym, pool, and public area with bar.

This property was very very clean.

Wonderful and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable room. Great location with a plentiful number of dining options within walking distance. Breakfast variety was less than adequate, and the only mildly negative comment to be made.

Good stay every time when we are in Escondido.

Location was easy to find and parking was readily available. Staff were wonderful and my check in was quick and I was on my way to my room. Room was spacious, very clean, and quiet throughout the entire night. This is a very nice hotel with great staff and easy on the pocket.

Everything was amazing. Just one thing I’d change or accommodate would be if the reservation is allowing 6 guests in one room then there should be enough blankets for 6 guests and not 5. Maybe an extra sink would be great too. Other than that everything was clean, efficient, great breakfast and would def come back again.

Honestly , my husband and I came down to celebrate our daughter’s birthday at SD zoo and we had so much fun. The hotel made it easy for us with a late check in , all staff was respectful and kind. The room was clean to our expectations (: when we left to our day 2 activities, I requested a refresh in the room which was sooo nice to get back to! The staff listens and truly tries to accommodate. The only issue we had I would say is unfortunately a grown man kept staring through his window down at the pool where my daughter and I were swimming which made the pool experience very unpleasant and uncomfortable and all around weird especially with a minor. Other than that the hotel is nice , staff is friendly , can’t control who books there but hey (: it’s a nice experience for a one and done
