Clean room, friendly and gentle staff

Close to the city, quiet, nice clean room

The shower is broken, the toilet and the faucet have no water. The room has a strong smell of sewer.

We arrived at the hotel at 9pm and was told that the room for 2 beds and 4 people was out of stock, but there was only room for 4 beds, but in fact the room we received was an 8ng dormitory room, which did not match the description. The reception informed that the next day they would change the room on the 4th floor according to the description, so they booked a room for 2 nights but had to clean their luggage twice. Reception has a 2-star reputation but is cold to guests🥴

They changed our room to a poorer quality one with the same price. Laundrying service is also bad. One of our shirt was missing and the staff blame us before checking their side. They later found it but still a bad experience to us.

I was quite surprised at the enthusiasm of the 2 male friends at the reception. The hotel is very new, especially room 404 attic has 2 balconies that are super airy. Next time I will visit again. Oh, forget that the hotel has a comfortable parking space in front of the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. I booked 2 single rooms. When you arrive, when you have a check, the notice shows the entire single room should move your family to 2 double rooms, with nice view and also xl my family. I also intend to stay in a double room if there is no single room, but you guys are happy to give me 2 double rooms but the price is unchanged without any extra charge. That day was a great weekend and the price would increase but still support enthusiastically with his family. The staff members are young but enthusiastic and happy, dedicated. Overall good 👍

Plus: - Cheap price (I go right to the Anniversary of the Anniversary, the price on the app is about 250k / room / 2 guests); - Located in a quiet and secure villa area; - Not too far from the market, cafes, cafes around quite a lot; - Located on a high hill so early in the morning there are many dew, I quite like; - Motorbike rental is available, so I think it is very convenient (although I rented a motorbike elsewhere); - Television has many excellent movie channels, which can help with sadness when the rain does not come out to play; - The hostess is friendly. Minus points: - On the day I came to live, I lost electricity. One day I lost power more than a dozen times, and at night I lost electricity until morning. In the morning, I asked the landlord if it was due to the leaked rain, causing electric shock; - Need better waterproof, see water penetrated into clothes hangers; - Outside looks nice, but inside rooms need to be cared for more, so there is free drinking water for guests (can add up to room price); - Most rooms do not have toilet exhaust fan, so quite knowledgeable, although some rooms have toilet ventilation windows but not enough; - Sound insulation is not good, you can clearly hear the reception of the receptionist; and between guests together in the yard; - The bed mattress is too hard, but the pillow is too soft so sleep gets neck pain and back pain; - Hot water is not as hot as the owner said (probably due to the use of solar energy and the day when I am in the sun, it is less sunny); If I improve the points except above, I promise to come back ^^.
