We were warmly welcomed with good humor. Our room was spacious and stylishly decorated. Excellent accessibility in the bathroom. The van driver to the airport researched where to drop us off closest to our gate at this enormous airport.

Nice hotel, beds could be better

The staff is excellent in so many ways. Always helpful and upbeat. The best service and attentiveness. I highly recommend Tru Hilton Coppell.

One of the best hotels! Clean, courteous, and perfect for our needs. Hotel staff are very helpful.

The only thing I missed at this property, is some sort of shade at the pool. It was extremely hot out and there are no umbrellas or canopy shade. Other than that, this is a nice place overall.

Just okay to stay a night. Close to the airport. Nothing fancy. Noisy reception and a lot of people drinking around the pool table.

Super friendly helpful staff that allowed an early check-in due to earlier than selected arrival. The airport shuttle was super convenient too. Clean and comfortable rooms.

I booked a double king off of Hotels.com, Tru told me they don’t have that type of room. Then they would not even put me in a double queen. I had to spend another $150 and get a second room.

I like front desk staffs especially the lady manager. She is ready to help customers. I like the breakfast they provide. One night, there were teens staying the next door, they were very nosy until 1 am. Except that, I'm happy
