The stay was okay for a night. The hallway smelled, the breakfast was terrible. There was no clean pool towels out by the pool.

This was my first and last time on the property. I never leave reviews but I felt the people needed to know. I saw 2 bugs in our room - one dead roach near the bathroom and one unidentified bug near the AC unit. It is unlikely the room had been recently vacuumed. There was persistent sediment in our water pipes, both shower and sink, leaving behind black residue after it had run. The room was not stocked with enough towels for a double room. There was one bath towel and two hand drying towels. The bathroom had a lingering moldy smell, and there was unidentified gunk on the phone cord. I don’t expect perfection but it’s clear that this room had been neglected. Luck of the draw!

For one night stay it was okay but wouldn’t bring my kids here Breakfast was not all that.. waffle maker wouldn’t cook properly.. kept getting uncooked halfway Checked in and both elevators working.. next day checked out saw one elevator was out of order and I went in that same elevator Clogged sink Decent location for the price but not the fanciest Hotel had a smell This hotel definitely needs to upgrade

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a single room from 6/30–7/3 for a work trip. On 6/30, my family joined me, so I booked a second room for one night. The front desk ran my card, charged me, but claimed they didn’t receive the payment—even after I showed proof through my banking app and had my bank rep speak to them directly. They still refused to release the room and demanded I pay again. I took my family to Holiday Inn Express instead—which was far better. When I returned alone to my original room, I found used condom wrappers on the floor and stained bedding. I complained and was moved to another room, which had filthy bedding and a dirty bathroom. There was clearly no housekeeping onsite. The third room was slightly better, but the front desk woman actually got upset when I pulled the bedspread back to check for cleanliness. I even offered to change the sheets myself because I had already prepaid and didn’t want to lose more money. The front desk staff was lazy, rude, and unprofessional the entire stay. For days they claimed no manager was onsite or reachable. This place isn’t just poorly run—it’s completely unfit for guests. Do not stay here. Comfort Inn should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers. I’ll never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay far away.

Out of my thousands of stays in hotels over 30’years. This has been the most abysmal trip. There was no ac in the lobby. The whole place smelled of weed, they require you to pull cash on site at an atm to check it. There was holes in the bathroom sink porcelain and the ac was also set to 80. To top it off, the owners of the hotel were just sitting on the bench laughing at complaints.

Place was dirty nasty , cash deposits but no changes. Stains all over couch and chairs . Wall stains broken thermostat . And stains all over the pillows and sheets

Desde La entrada del hotel de siente el calor porque no prenden los Aires acondicionados, en la app dice que los cuantos tienen secadora de pelo y no no tienen! Tienes Que ir a pedir una en el lobby y se las tienes q regresar cuando termites! Y el hotel esta en muy malas condiciones huele muy mal desde q entra

The hall way carpet were soak and just the hotel it self has a bad Odar and to many scary people hanging around the proprity couldn't sleep because u could hear the tv on next room and music playing in another
