Clean and well decorated place

Hotel was lovely and facilities great but the staff attitudes here were pretty poor. If they weren’t all playing on their phones, they were in the side area all together smoking. The whole visit they also had no regard for mask wearing, even in the food area they would congregate by the food and take masks off. Management needs a good shake!

Perfect hotel

It was great clean and new. Loved the details I got a rash on my legs from the sheets not sure what bleach they use.

Lovely, new classy hotel with helpful staff and great facilities. A bit pricey for Bulgarian standards, but well worth it if you get breakfast and use the spa.
