We loved our stay at Tsugu Kyoto. The staff were responsive, accessible, and helpful, and the location was amazing. We spent four nights here but could have spent a lifetime exploring the plethora of small streets and laneways surrounding the hotel. We honestly couldn't have been happier with this choice. It was a wonderful choice with everything we needed and more to enjoy our time in Kyoto to the fullest!

The hotel is excellent, tidy, fit for purpose (family), good hospitality of staff and very helping for the guesses with good english staff. Also location is in good area - close to train station, many restaurants adjacent to this area, recommended for family. If I return back to kyoto, then we will be back to this hotel again. thank you to make my Japan trip at Kyoto awesome!

I stay in this hotel for 3 nights, 3 rooms, with my big family consist of 9 adult and 2 kids, this hotel is more than awesome! everything is just perfect, the location is strategic near Nishiki market just by walk. Convenient store is just around, 150 meters is Lawson, 350 meters is Family Mart. Staff in receptionist is very kind and helpful. The room is great. I definitely stay there again when I visit Kyoto next time!
